The pattern is simple, the possibilities are many…
For the rose chain 50; sc in the second from the hook loop, * ch 4, skip 1 stitch of chain, 1 sc in the next ch st, ch2, skip 2 ch sts of the chain, 1 dc in the third st, ch2, 1 dc in the same st, ch2, 1 dc in the same st, ch2, skip 2 sts of the chain, 1 sc in the third st; repeat from * to the end of the chain.
Row 2: make dc sts into little arches made by dc sts and ch sts of row 1, make sc sts on top of the arches made from 4 chain sts; there are 6 petals, 10 dc sts in each petal, with sc sts in between.
